The time in the oak provides a richness, which makes this an ideal wine for Sunday Roasts or creamy chicken dishes. But also perfect for an afternoon in the garden on a warm day with a book!
Minots is a small parcel of 50 year old vines in the Premier Cru vineyard, Vaillons. Located on the left bank, the site is rich in the famous Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis that contains many millions of marine fossils that give the wines such a unique flavour.
Light green in colour, Fragrant orange blossom the nose has a complex mix of spicy citrus fruits. Palate delivers a mix of fruit tropical fruits and summer flavours.
Recommended with Fish, Chicken, Mushrooms and creamy sauces.
