Description
Deep dark ruby in colour, with a nose of morello cherries, fig and currants. The palate is greeted by fine tannin's, dark summer fruits and finishes with a spicy note of pepper and clove while feeling round and silky.

Food Pairings
Red meat is a brilliant choice to highlight this luscious Cabernet Sauvignon. Enhance recipes with a touch of oregano, thyme or black pepper. Side dishes or sauces featuring mushrooms will make the wine shine
