Drank out of plastic cups with a slice of pizza overlooking the thyrianan sea, a lovely wine using the crisp Fiano grape.
The Fiano of Avellino is produced by the homonymous vine, formerly called Vitis Apicia, whose name derives from the characteristic-own of this grape-to attract bee swarms, given its sweet scent. They were the Greeks to bring in Italy the original Fiano vine.
