We use a 24hr delivery signed for service, and because we take underage drinking seriously, all orders will require an ADULT signature upon delivery, we understand this may be a little frustrating with busy lives, but we are happy to ship to your place of work to ensure someone is there to sign for the delivery, this also means that we do not allow our couriers to leave orders in a safe place.

Orders placed before 12pm are usually processed and shipped the same day orders placed after 12pm will be shipped next working day. In some rare instances, delivery times may be longer. If you are ordering for a gift or event and specific delivery is required, please contact us.

On very large orders you may receive your order in multiple deliveries or there may be a delay, if you have any questions, please contact us by emailing Sales@SecretCellar.co.uk

Please note: We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possibly. It seems crazy, breaking up and recycling perfectly good boxes, when they could be used to ship wine, most of the time much more attractive than our plain brown boxes.  so in most cases, we re-use packaging and boxes where we can, don't worry we always ensure your wine is packaged securely and arrives safely. 

But please let us know when ordering if you would prefer plain packaging.
