Introduced to the Aglianico by a freind in 2013 while on holiday on the Amalfi coast and found it very interesting, it's a very bold wine. we enjoyed it with a spicy pizza. This is a slow drinker and I now enjoy it by itself. It's very important to separate and decant the bottle at least an hour before and serve at a temperature of 18-20 ° C in wide glasses.
