Description
Straw yellow colour with aromas of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and acacia blossom. Delicate and fruity on the palate followed by a light velvety body. There is a persistent effervescence and a crisp clean finish.

Food Pairings
Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout a meal, we enjoy it with light risotto and fish dishes.
